Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to request it

Message us from our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the next steps by email.

Refunds

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.

Defective products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the issue, and we'll send you a solution at no extra cost (replacement or refund).

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or a shipping error on our part.
