Order processing

We prepare and confirm your order within 1 to 2 business days after purchase.

Delivery times

Your order ships directly from our supplier, so typical delivery time is between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your destination country. In some cases (customs, local holidays) it may take a little longer.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with the tracking number so you can check your shipment's status at any time.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost (if any) is always shown before you complete your purchase, at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship to Spain and most European Union countries, as well as the United Kingdom, the United States, and other international destinations. If your country doesn't appear available at checkout, contact us and we'll look into it.

Customs and duties

For shipments outside the European Union, import duties or taxes may apply, payable by the recipient, according to each country's regulations.
